Daniela has a background in psychology and a Master's in Organizational, Developmental, and Behavioral Psychology.
After living and studying abroad for ten years, she returned to Norway and joined our team at Oslo Consulting Group in 2020. Daniela has varied experience from companies such as Talentsoft and Google, and she brings her international skillset along when assisting our clients with our various projects.
She is an experienced consultant who has worked on numerous projects involving organisational change, leadership, and team development.
Daniela´s passion and drive lie in assisting people in decision-making processes, communication, and skill development. She lives in Oslo, Norway, with her husband.
